Grammar On Myspace

The question Don't you think that if we stopped to look over all the rules for proper grammar every time we wrote a message on Myspace we would spend even more time on sites like these when we already do? written by Katlin Kuntz. My response to this question is that everyone that is able to type on the key board should already know proper grammar and should not have to go back to a spelling or grammar book. It should be second hand to anyone that is on the Internet. Katlin brought up the point that isn't Myspace a more laid back environment and it is definitely, but now anyone can see your profile, unless its blocked. For example my cousin was looking over some resumes for our family business and she looked someone up on myspace and it said that he smoked weed. It just proves that whatever you type on Myspace it should be proper and it should be something written that you wouldn't care if anyone saw. People are just being lazy using slang and abbreviations on Myspace. It just makes them look like they could never be put in a professional atmosphere.
